LEADERSHIP

The Scottish Government recognized in these times of great change in the social services sector; that Effective Leadership is a vital area of workforce development in order to ensure delivery of first class services in the care sector.

They commissioned reports from the SSSC and the SSSC Learning Networks. These reports Leading Together and Leading Together - linked reports are now available.

In addition the SSSC published its Leadership Progress  document in December 2011, outlining progress to date and future initiatives.
