LEADERSHIP
Effective leadership is key to the delivery of first class services in the care sector. Even more so at this time of significant change in the vision for the services of the future, particularly in care home, care at home and housing support services.
The Scottish Government has recognized leadership in social services as an important development area click here. They have commissioned further scoping activity and consultation within the sector. Click here for further information. The Workforce Initiative is collaborating with all current developments related to the leadership agenda.
