The NMC consulted on and reviewed proceedures for ensuring nurses and midwives are fit to practise - a process called revalidation.  They were looking for information about:
Your area of work, job type, sector and status (full time/part time).
Whether or not you have an annual appraisal, if you feel it should be a requirement for staying on the register, and if it should include feedback from patients
Frequency and format of submission of evidence to support fitness to practise (revalidation).
