Supporting Better Care - RCN progamme for Health Care Support Workers/Care Assistants - 2010 dates

The RCN College has created a development programme for Health Care Support Workers/ Care Assistants to enhance their knowledge and practice and therefore extend their competence and confidence in direct care.

The programme consists of 5 sessions, a one day introduction to the programme followed by 4 half day sessions:-

1)  Introduction
2)  RCN Nutrition Now Campaign: Nutrition and Hydration
3)  RCN Dignity Campaign
4)  RCN Patient Safety
5)  RCN Sensory Impairment
