Care Commission issue interpretation of EU Directive on aspects of Registration of Care Services
Following the Statement under Article 13 of EU Services Directive (Directive 2006/123/EC) (“the Directive”) The Care Commission’s has clarified its position regarding the EU Services Directive authorisation procedure for application to register a care service.
