Improving end of life care

The National End of Life Care Programme is producing a series of practical guides for staff and managers to improve end of life care in their services and ensure they are making the best use of resources. The first of these is for care homes. As well as care home managers and staff, it will also be of interest to people in local authorities and PCTs who commission care home places.
